Cover page for Lonely Planet Traveller Magazine - China
Almost everyday I recieve updates about my images being published on cover pages of various world magazines, so I proudly present this one from Lonely Planet Traveller Magazine, Chinese edition. The image is taken in Mexican cenotes at the Yucatan Peninsula near Cancun. Refraction of light underwater creates amazing shapes and whole ambient turns into unreal location and that is why these photos are looking great on the cover pages.
Lonely Planet Traveller - Inspiration for imaginative travel
The title is one of the former BBC magazines now published by Immediate Media and was launched in 2008. In 2009, Lonely Planet began publishing a monthly travel magazine called Lonely Planet Traveller in the UK, and in 2010, it launched the Indian and the Argentine editions. Its Korean edition, with a digital edition for iPad, was launched in March 2011. Its Chinese version was launched in Mainland China in Aug, 2012 as its 11th international version. In October 2014, Lonely Planet announced a U.S. version of the travel magazine. The magazine remains the UK's number one actively-purchased travel title. Lonely Planet Traveller is the definitive source of imaginative travel inspiration, allowing its readers to discover the world through fresh eyes and add original experiences to their wish lists. It covers the UK and a broad range of global destinations, getting under the skin of many familiar and far less explored destinations. The award-winning magazine features intelligent, atmospheric insights from Lonely Planet’s unique international network of travel writers, alongside spectacular photography to guarantee to truly ‘take the reader there’ each month like no other travel title can.
