News & Blog
In this section you will find just a small part of my work with some most interesting and my favorite photoshootings. Also you can find some articles from my trips around the World with my interviews and stories published in different magazines.
One of the few events that happened this year but still happened! My fourth year at the Kayak Fest around amazing Tara river and wilderness in the mountains around Montenegro. Fantastic outdoor environment, photography challenge, turquoise river, beautiful nature, amazing sport and of course a great group of people! In most of cases my favorite photographs are water connected. It doesn't matter if it is above, just on the surface or deep underwater. Water always creates unique pictures and you can't make two alike!
Adventure of a lifetime in Croatia made 300 new HIGHLANDERS and introduced HIGHLANDER to the whole world. For the second year in a row, I am returning to "HIGHLANDER" and the incredible mountain Velebit. As the Head of photographers for all HIGHLANDER events, I have the special honor of being in completely amazing places and capturing it all with my camera. The weather conditions largely determine what kind of photos we will end up getting. Amazing nature and some completely wild places create an amazing background and create "ADVENTURE OF A LIFE TIME" for everybody!
As I already mentioned for my previous photo shooting with scuba divers of the 72nd Special Forces Brigade "The most interesting things are always the ones that are inaccessible and untouchable to most of people". I did a spectacular underwater photo shoot with them a few weeks ago, and the continuation of this unique collaboration is a new photo shoot in the "TRIBUĆA" canyon and a new cover page for the magazine "ODBRANA". My many years of experience in extreme sports as well as special skills have enabled me to keep up with these amazing people and to capture a moment that has not been possible to photograph so far.
The photo shooting project with Marko Dragosavljevic is just another proof that all big and unique projects can’t be made without a lot of effort and sacrifice. In my discovery for amazing locations for my book “SERBIA FROM A DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE” I found some locations that immediately made me unique for Marko’s training and kayaking on them. Two months of photo shooting and 8 different locations are a summary of this whole project which has behind it Marko’s incredible energy, motivation and on the end photos that tell this story in a special way. I am certainly grateful to RED BULL for the incredible support from day one and the first idea for this project!
The most interesting things are always the ones that are inaccessible and untouchable to most of people. This is exactly how this underwater photo shooting was, because the army has its own rules and its own restrictions, so all this is absolutely inaccessible for civilians. I had the honor of being one of the first civilians to ever scuba dive with the 72nd Special Forces Brigade and to take unique photographs that would present this special unit in a different and very special way. In addition to everything I have ever done, this was certainly one of those experiences that will be remembered forever, and only one of the results is the cover of the magazine "ODBRANA" in addition to all the other publications we received after this photo shoot.
I had the honor of being one of the first civilians to ever scuba dive with the 72nd Special Forces Brigade and to take unique photographs that would present this special unit in a different and very special way. In addition to everything I have ever done, this was certainly one of those experiences that will be remembered forever. In addition to the whole organization for this photo shoot, the only part we could not influence were the weather conditions and the visibility underwater.
It is always a great reward and honor for my work to be published as a cover page of a magazine, especially a photo taken from such an exciting and unique photographic journey as this one! This wonderful picture of glacial rivers was taken in the wilderness of Iceland, a land mostly covered with glaciers and glacial rivers that make a system of icy rivers which in turn create an unusual landscape on the surface, such as this one.
My latest major project I am working on is a book that, through all my adventures, will present Serbia from a completely different perspective. I am pleased that the first official text on this topic was exclusively published on the Red Bull website because Red Bull is certainly a very important part of my team that will work on the whole project through constant support. Read all the details about my adventures and all the challenges related to the book in this text in English or directly on their website in Serbian!
Every front cover page always has it's special value, and that value is definitely greater in today's time of internet and social media. Magazines are unfortunately slowly fading away, but there are still those that have their special place on the market. It will probably be the case in the future, and every magazine or a book that would exist in a paper form will have an even greater value, and every photograph to be published in them will have an absolute prestige. If a cover page is to be considered coupled with the aforementioned, then the motivation for every photographer would be unlimited!
It's always a thrill to return to Hangar 7 and photograph some of the Red Bull world events. It always comes as a special sort of pleasure to unveil the unveiled, which in this case is the new AlphaTauri Honda F1 car reveal, featuring both the new car design and the name of AlphaTauri team name. Photographer's challenge is always special in Hangar 7 due to it's unique ambient and lights, which make for distinctive and special photographs.
The Human Flight mission with the Jetman team continues. For them it’s an aerial adventure, and for me a photography journey. The 17 days we spent in China are just as difficult to describe with words as is the case with most of these kind of history-writing projects. The unique beauty and topography of Tianmen Mountain provides a stunning backdrop for the Jetmen to test and showcase their aerial capabilities to the world. Of course there were all the challenges that the mountains and the changing weather bring, but none of that stopped us from getting Fred Fugen and Vincent Reffet through the Tianmen Cave known as Heaven's door!
It is my pleasure to present an Ocean News & Technology magazine cover page with a photo from my favorite place for scuba diving as well as underwater photography! The cover image features underwater photo of the Kittiwake shipwreck that lies in the waters of Grand Cayman Islands. The series of Kittiwake shipwreck is my most published magazine covers image series so far, thanks to specific conditions that make the wreck a scuba diving paradise, such as incredible water clarity and ideal depth.
All the underwater photographs on cover pages are special to me in some way, and if the photo is a split level, then it truly holds a special meaning. This is just another favorite I made during my diving trip to the Maldives and was posted on The First issue of Scuba Diver Destinations - which is designed to fire your excitement and inspire your next diving adventure. This brand-new quarterly magazine features in-depth, educational, entertaining and visually stunning articles on diving hotspots around the world, from those well-known locations to others which are more off the beaten track.
Red Bull Vampire Trails is one of the most difficult events what I shot for a long period! Starting at sunset and riding to the sunrise, with more than 10h of riding and more than 100km during the all night for all competitors! How do you envision having a photo shoot that lasts all night? The dark, the cold, the cyclists who ride from dusk to dawn, all around the world-famous Dracula's Castle. One of my last photo shoots was exactly like that during the Red Bull Vampire trials project in Romania. Certainly one of the biggest photographic challenges ever. I will also briefly explain why! Every location I wanted to photograph on the bike trail required a separate lighting set up. So if you consider that you want several different positions, you immediately get 7-10 lighting settings in very demanding places.
Kayak fest is more than a kayaking festival. It's a gathering for conservation, celebration and friendly competition. This year, the weather was cold, the water was colder, but spirits were high! This, coupled with no internet and no phone reception made it a truly magical and idyllic adventure in this wonderful, hidden pocket of heaven that is Tara river.
The challenge, also known as the adventure of a lifetime, began at Zavizan at 10am with the familiar ringing of a small chapel of St. Ante. A total of 250 participants from 14 countries went from Zavizan to the North Velebit and Paklenica National Parks, braving the ultimate hiking experience that is Highlander Velebit!
Since its inception in 2003, there have been more than 90 races with the Red Bull Air Race. Sadly, with the Chiba 2019 air race, the Red Bull Air Race World Championship has come to it's end, and what aboslute honor it was to be a part of the magnificent flying circus that it was all those years! Wonderful people, brave pilots, air stunts and incredible locations will all stay forever in my heart, and it was my great pleasure to have had it all captured through the lens of my camera throughout the years.
With a focus on nature, Montenegro from a Different Perspective: 100 Most Amazing Locations presents the landscapes of an unspoiled European paradise in all their variety and color. Featuring subjects that range from well-known favorites to hidden gems, each vibrant photograph is a revelation, unveiling a completely fresh view of a country that is still off the tourist track and largely undiscovered.
A special photoshoot that I went to with a big question in my head: "Do people really fly"? I immediately got the answer when I met the JETMAN team and the sky flyers Vince Reffet and Fred Fugen, French athletes with an impressive list of accomplishments in the world of extreme sports. Joining the journey that will create a future for individuals flying with Jet-wings was as absolute a privilege to me, as just knowing that one day would change the way we experience the world. Every photographic record that changes the future and is to be remembered through history has a special meaning for me, and probably every other photographer.
Revisiting Red Bull Cliff Diving event in Mostar, for the fifth time now always comes as a pleasure for me, especially such a place that is close to my home! The only Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series event where competitors leap from a UNESCO World Heritage site, Mostar holds a special place in the divers' and organizers' hearts. As always, my favorite weapons of choice for this particular adventure were a drone for aerial photography and an underwater housing for my camera, which allowed me to take shots from such amazing angles which would otherwise be unachievable to anyone else.
I can barely believe it's been twelve years of my participation as a head photographer in this awesome and unique event! As one of the most difficult enduro races in the world, with incredibly difficult race conditions that are sometimes inhuman and present a tough challenge for all riders and all the support crew alike, this year's trial was the most demanding one yet!
Photo shooting with the best ever Ski Jumping sportswoman is sure enough a special pleasure. In the great ambience of Slovenacka Planica all the conditions for the great outcome of the pictures are fulfilled. Beautiful surroundings, unbelievable nature and great mood throughout the whole team surely contributed our plan for a good photo shoot. The only odd thing out was us shooting a 100% winter sport in the middle of summer, but that was surely one of the special challenges that was set up for us to overcome. Regardless of the sun and the lack of snow, our motivation was off the charts. We enjoyed in every possible way!
Making its debut on the 2019 Red Bull Air Race World Championship calendar is the picture-postcard location of Lake Balaton in Hungary. The race is moving from the traditional home above the Danube to the shores the resort city of Zamárdi, on Lake Balaton. This 77km-long freshwater rift lake in Transdanubian region of Hungary is surrounded by numerous villages & resort towns.
Red Bull Air Race World Championship returns to Russia for a third time, and lands in the city with one of the most spectacular aerial backdrops ever, Kazan. Rain and cold weather couldn't ruin the spectacular show, and made photographs of planes doing their insane stunts all the more challenging to get. It goes without saying that the pilot's skills were also put to the test, with less than ideal weather conditions presenting additional challenge to an already demanding sport.
erial photography is one of my specialties and tt brings a special pleasure to see my photo that I took for my New York "Inverted Helicopter" project on the cover page for the world's largest helicopter magazine, the Vertical magazine. The photograph features one of the most iconic and spectacular aerial acrobatics done by my long time friend, Aaron Fitzgerald in a show over the Lower Manhattan rooftops.
It always gives me pleasure to see my photographs published worldwide in various magazines, but this one stands very dear to my heart. Red Bull Air Race Official Magazine has chosen my picture of Martin Sonka flying past one of the Air Gates of Cannes racetrack. Several of my other photographs are also featured throughout the magazine, which makes this publication all the more special for me!
With drone technology getting more popular, it brings forth great new opportunities and undiscovered perspectives to the world of aerial photography that are reap for exploring! Capturing beaches and atmosphere of summer now has a whole new angle. I have a special honor and privilege to share one of my aerial photos featured on the cover of not one, but six June Rex Magazines releases for this year!
It's always awesome to see that my photo is featured on the cover page of the official Air Serbia inflight magazine - Elevate. This June issue features one of my favorite pictures of Belgrade that I have taken from a drone lately. It features a unison between the famous temple of St. Sava and recently reconstructed Slavia square with it's singing fountain adorning the downtown area of my beautiful home city.
"Inverted Helicopter" project featuring dizzying helicopter stunts over the Lower Manhattan skyline that I worked on with Red Bull and my long-time friend Aaron Fitzgerald has attracted the attention of the "Popular Photography" web site, who wanted to find out more about how I prepare to shoot a helicopter that's doing some of the most stunning displays of aerial acrobatics.
Is there a greater privilege than getting the whole airspace over Manhattan in New York as a playground to photograph helicopter acrobatic flying? It was this privilege I had during the photoshooting of the unique Inverted Helicopter project with pilot and my friend Aaron Fitzgerald as he did flip, rolls and dives over the New York City. Most people would never want to find themselves upside down in a helicopter above New York Harbor, but this is the prime position if you are a helicopter pilot Aaron Fitzgerald.
A photograph tells a story in a unique way and lasts forever, so when something is indescribable by words, it is best used to present what we want to remember forever. Montenegro with its beautiful mountains, sea shore, spectacular lakes, contrasts between seasons and historical locations tells its story that deserved to be presented through the magical photographs of the author Predrag Vuckovic. The book “Montenegro from a different perspective” is a true photography piece that showcases 100 incredible locations throughout Montenegro from a unique perspective of a photographer. Predrag worked on this book for the last 5 years visiting many hard-to-reach locations which even the biggest fans of Montenegro won’t recognize when going through this photographical masterpiece. Of course there are some very famous places, but presented from a unique perspective. While you scroll through the book, you get the feeling of being in all those places, and in a completely different universe.
It was absolute pleasure to do my motivational talk in Skopje and to meet such a good people and amazing photographers during the “International Summit of Photographers and Videographers”. This Summit is the unique gathering in the region, the only place where you can learn from some of the worldwide known photographers and videographers and be around like-minded people who share the same love and passion you do. The idea of organizing the summit is to set a parallel and open discussion for photography as a business and art, and the way it is done in the world and in the region.
Red Bull launched its mobile virtual network operation in Oman and you can already see its advertisements on billboards in the streets of Muscat. Those are exactly the photos that I took in several different disciplines with a couple of different sportsmen. It was definitely a great pleasure to spend quality time with Haitham Alhadidy, one of the most perspective drift drivers as also Fuerst Marco, Max Manow and Dani Roman (Red Bull Skydiving Team). Car drifting around Muscat super restricted areas and flying with military helicopters with Red Bull Skydiving team is absolutely a special kind of experience. This was my first venture to Oman after which I’m sure it won’t be the last. Until then my visit to this special country will be adorned with billboards all over the country with my photographs on them.
The Red Bull Air Race season begins every year with its first stop in Abu Dhabi. It is an absolute pleasure to be part of this world series as an official photographer for all these years. Abu Dhabi is particular pleasure from the photographer's aspect for a number of reasons, but the main one is: "Air Race simply starts here!"
When Red Bull Air Race and pilots are mentioned, they all become logically connected with flying. My photo story is totally different because everything happens underwater, not in the air. Because some racetracks – like Abu Dhabi – are over water, the pilots are required to undergo SWET training, whether they are in the Master Class that competes for the World Championship or in the feeder Challenger Class. SWET training enables the pilots to develop specific safety skills and gain valuable experience by practicing underwater escape techniques in a realistic environment.
It's always great to see photos on the cover of the magazines, especially in today's times when social networks are dominant, and magazines are slowly disappearing. This time it's wonderful to see one of my aerial photos from Los Angeles I made from a helicopter looking for everyday but unique moments of the Californian life. With that said, I am delighted to share a new cover page of SACRS Winter magazine!
Beside the beauty of the surface ice layer, ice diving provides unique photographic opportunities and beauties of nature that you won’t find anywhere else. Every dive, with all it's challenges and efforts is still very much worth it, for every moment spent under the ice opens a new world of uniqueness and every image taken is different and surreal. Every January is a designated month for ice diving, and our favourite location for this exciting activity is Lake Weissensee in Austria!
Montenegro is growing out into one of the Europe's hottest tourist destinations. For years it has been a hidden gem of the Adriatic sea, only for those who already knew about it's beauty to partake and enjoy. As a result of excellent and long-standing collaboration with the editorial, I am proud and honored to yet again present my photograph featured on The Luxury Collection Magazine volume 23 for Autmun & Winter of 2018-19.
I always feel welcomed when I visit southernmost parts of the United States. Great climate, kind and pleasant people, and a true sense of american culture. Texas, the “Lone Star State”, is the second largest in the USA. The enormous geographic area includes the Fort Worth counties, which transformed themselves from a sleepy cattle rearing territory, to a bustling metropolis representing the economic and cultural hub of North Texas.
I always look forward to visiting warm Florida, especially during these cold winter months, and photoshooting the Red Bull Foiling Generation always presents me a heart-pumping challenge, especially considering my affinity and connection towards water. Miami is well known in the sailing world and provides an excellent setting to showcase the skills of these ambitious athetes.Red Bull Foiling Generation is about providing talented young sailors, ages 16-20 with the opportunity to advance their careers through top-notch hydrofoil racing. The competitions serve as training waters for the Red Bull Youth America’s Cup, which caters to competitors ages 19-25.
It is not a simple task of making a photoshoot with a free diver in a studio and conditions that have absolutely no connection with a world underwater. It was an absolute pleasure taking such a challenge with a great friend Tijana Nikolic, Serbian free diver and making it a reality. Imagining the ambience she would be in and adjusting it with the conditions and resources that we had at our disposal, was enough. Since our only goal was to make Tijana's portraits, the task was really an easy one. Good fun and atmosphere during the shoot only contributed that this be just another one of our hangouts.
Revisiting Indianapolis, home the famous NASCAR Motor Speedway is always my big pleasure. It invokes both excitment and a sense of respect towards the Speedway's rich history and tradition. This spectacular location proved yet again to be another great place for shooting amazing photographs of this spectacular event, with Motor Speedway looking absolutely astonishing when captured from the air. As of 2018, Indianapolis is the third most populous city in the American Midwest and 16th most populous in the U.S, with an estimated population of 863,002. Home to the world's biggest single-day sporting event – the historic Indianapolis 500 – and host to the likes of Formula One and NASCAR, the city is primed and ready for even more full-throttle, no-holds-barred racing.
Photographing while flying on a helicopter above the New York, combined with unpredictable winds, sound of chopper rotors, make the feeling when looking through the lens of your camera a truly heart-pumping experience. I have over 500 hours of experience in flying and photographing from the helicopter and the excitement is always the same for me, especially when flying above the stunning rows and columns of glowing light of iconic Manhattan skyline.
This year I had the honor and pleasure of covering The Distinguished Gentleman's ride in Belgrade 2018. Being my home city, Belgrade is a place especially close to my heart, and covering events on my home territory always come with a personal connection and a sense of homecoming.
Last few days I was without internet and phone reception, because most beautiful places on the planet are remote and hidden. My second year at the kayakfest around amazing Tara river and wilderness in the mountains around Montenegro! Fantastic outdoor enviroment, turqouise river, beautiful nature, amazing sport and , of course, a great group of people! In most of cases my favorite photographs are water connected. It doesn't matter if it is above, juston the surface or deep underwater. Water always creates unique pictures, and you can't make two alike!
Can a photographic challenge be greater than this ? A 400m race and such unlikely participants: F16, F1, Kawasaki Ninja H2, Lotus, Aston Martin, Tesla and Private Airplane. How to put them all in the same frame? With great difficulty! That was the first thought when I got this photo challenge in front of me.
The Red Bull Air Race brings me this year to it's Austrian roots for the sixth race of the season as it lands in the stunning town of Wiener Neustadt. Discovering new places always brings me great pleasure, as visiting new and different places always provide me with exciting new challenges and shooting opportunities!
Revisiting locations close to my home and my heart such as this one always come as a special pleasure, and this year's event is the most visited and exciting one yet! The only Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series event where competitors leap from a UNESCO World Heritage site, Mostar holds a special place in the divers' hearts. As always, I came equipped with a drone for aerial photography and an underwater housing for my camera, which allowed me to take shots from angles which would otherwise be inaccessible to anyone else.
For this month's adrenaline-fueled event, I follow the Red Bull Air Race as it brings me back for the second time in this beautiful city. Beautiful city backdrops, river Kazanka, coupled with the magnificent Kazan Kremlin yet again provide me with excellent opportunities for rich panoramic photography. The pilots touch down in Kazan on 25-26 August 2018. Kazan is the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan in Russia and home to more than a million people.
Once again it is my great pleasure to participate as a head photographer in this incredible event for the eleventh year in a row now. As one of the most difficult enduro races in the world, with extremely hard race conditions that are sometimes inhuman and are a tough challenge for all riders and all the support crew alike, this year's challenge was the most demanding one yet! From the photographer's perspective, the Red Bull Romaniacs event contains everything that any photographer would ever want. Possibilities of photoshooting an event like this are so numerous that sometimes you are simply not sure what to shoot or what part of the track to visit.
My photographs are published thruought the world, and being published by a chinese magazine of such importance is always a special kind pleasure and honor for me. That being said I can proudly share new cover page for VISTA Watching the World mobile news magazine that was published on July this year!
How to start the story of adventure and travel, which has been specific and unique from the very beginning? So much so, that this adventure should be had only with the closest friends and imagined from the very beginning as an active holiday. The plan was made almost a year before the journey itself is going to happen, where the couple of us have gathered together in a cafe, as is often the case, with the idea to organize a trip to Egypt for a vacation, on a diving safari in the Red Sea.
It's always my pleasure to visit my neighbouring country Hungary, and experiencing Budapest is a true cultural delight for me! Amazing architecture of wonderful buildings, castles and bridges is inevitable background of the Red Bull Air Race in Budapest. Photography possibilities are literally endless and Hungarian Parliament building as a background is something to wish for.
Now traditionally, every June I am at Tara mountain in my home country Serbia as the official photographer for Xross Challenge, the biggest and toughest hard enduro race in the Balkans. The fifth edition was held from 15th to 17th June and it will definitely be remembered as the hardest and muddiest race so far.
One of the photos I made from a helicopter above Los Angeles at the time of the biggest traffic jam on the 405 motorway! Aerial photography is always a special challenge and it is always a pleasure to see one of these photos on the cover of the magazine.
Chinese inbound tourism is the fastest growing tourism source for the USA. That being said I can proudly share new cover page for Essentially America China edition magazine which features an aerial view of Manhattan island in New York that I captured during special helicopter assignment last year.
For the first time in the history of the Red Bull Air Race, the pilots went head-to-head in France, in the beautiful city of Cannes. My office during that event was mostly the helicopter which provides amazing point of view above this spectacular location, together with boats and some ground locations as well. Once a small fishing village, Cannes is now a glamorous and expensive seaside town considered to be one of the social hubs of Europe, that provided me with some wonderful photoshooting opportunities.
I always have this great feeling when I see some of my photographs published on the cover pages of some world renowned publications. This time I proudly share cover page of Austrian edition of Red Bulletin magazine featuring Martin Sonka captured with my on-board camera during Red Bull Air Race competition in Budapest, Hungary in 2017.
I enjoy capturing urban culture on my photography and the passion and freedom a street photography brings. This time, I am glad to share with you that Riverside Journal has chosen one of my works for their cover page for their March publication of 2018.
Shooting the Red Bull Crashed Ice event is a special kind of challenge for me, and this year's event was the fastest and the most exciting one yet! Taking photographs of the athletes as they skate down a massive ice track filled with drops, hairpin turns, and gaps at speeds of up to 80 kph is no easy feat, and brings my admiration for the sport and people who partake in it to a whole new level each time I partake in the event!
Interesting portrait of Petr Kopfstein during the race in Abu Dhabi in the first stop of Red Bull Air Race Championship 2018 got published on the cover page of Czech magazine Flying Revue. Pilots are truely amazing individuals and their energy is best displayed during the time they control their aircrafts. I am very happy each time I see any of those images on the cover pages.
It's always a special pleasure to work with the best athletes in the world and when it's also one of your great friends, then the positive atmosphere on the shoot is guaranteed, as well as the final outcome of the photography. It is exactly how it went on my last photoshoot with my great friend and one of the best long jump athletes in the world - Ivana Spanovic. Ivana is one of the first athletes in the world that merged Red Bull and Nike on her sports equipment and that's one of the reasons for this very special photoshoot. As is the case every time when we work together, we had great fun, first and foremost.
Beginning of the Red Bull Air Race season is always the most challenging task, looking from the photography point of view. Taking portrait shots of the pilots and their teams as well as the airplanes is just a part of everything that our photo team is working in order to create media kits and other presentation materials for each and every pilot.
After 11 different countries for the first time I made my motivational talk and presentation of my work in Belgrade, Serbia! I was honored to talk at the Nikon 100th anniversary in front of nearly 300 people. It was 3 and a half hours of the presentation through most interesting stories, slide shows and video materials. I presented only a small part of my work, but with most interesting projects and photoshootings that I did in my career.
I am very happy to share with you this cover page for the most prestigious luxury magazines in Montenegro - The Luxury Collection Montenegro magazine, Volume 20 for Autumn-Winter 2017/18. This amazing magazine presents buyers with a seductive display of exquisite products and services they desire, in other words pure enjoyment in life and luxury lifestyle. Cover page features the never-ending, breath-taking view to the horizon from Karanfili, the northern summit of Mount Prokletije. Located at an altitude of 2460 meters above sea level, this is the second highest summit of the Montenegrin Mount Prokletije.
After many interesting photographs I have made during the Red Bull Air Race events lots of them ended up on the cover pages of various magazines worldwide. This time I'm happy to share the cover page for Slovenian magazine Kopilot, official airline magazine for AOPA (Association of Owners of Aircraft and Pilots of Slovenia). The cover image features my friend Peter Podlunsek during the Red Bull Air Race in Las Vegas, USA.
Winter images are sometimes good challenge for a photographer and I am very happy to share one of my photographs that got published on the cover of winter edition of iMontBlanc Magazine. This is free issue distributed around hotels, restaurants, ski schools and other public places in Italian area of Mont Blanc. The image is a headshot of a woman with ski goggles which are reflecting the helicopter flying in the back.
One of my images from Los Angleles aerial photoshooting with amazing golden hour moment, got published on the cover page of November 2017 issue of Apartment Age, a publication of AAGLA. The Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles (AAGLA) is Southern California’s leading advocate for affordable quality rental housing.
AAGLA’s mission is to serve the interests of multifamily owners, managers, developers and suppliers with services and activities to maintain a high level of professionalism in the multifamily housing industry. AAGLA directly advocates for the rental housing industry locally in the city, county, state and federal government to better serve the rental housing needs of the public in a just and fair manner.
Cover page for Avianca en Revista magazine issued in November 2017 features one of my aerial images of the only 7 stars hotel in the world located in Abu Dhabi - the Emirates Palace. Also spectacular view of the Etihad Towers and other beautiful skylines are seen in the background. Abu Dhabi looks magnificent from the air and it is great to see some of these images on the cover pages or other printed materials.
The final race of 2017 Red Bull Air Race Championship took place in Indianapolis, the capital and most populous city of the U.S. state of Indiana. The city is perhaps best known for annually hosting the world's largest single-day sporting event, the Indianapolis 500. This new location prove to be another great place for photoshooting amazing photographs of this spectacular event.
Today is a very special day! It would be my Mom's birthday. Also on this day exactly 5 years ago the Red Bull Stratos mission with Felix Baumgartner was accomplished! I am honored to say that I was one of the official photographers who took a part of this historical project together with my friends Joerg Mitter and Balazs Gardi.
Red Bull Stratos project was a Mission to the Edge of Space in which, on October 14, 2012, professional BASE jumper Felix Baumgartner fulfilled a lifelong dream: jumping from a capsule suspended 39 kilometers / 24 miles above Earth by a helium balloon, he became the first human to break the sound barrier in free fall and established numerous additional records in the process!
The unique geographical position of Montenegro makes it a home of many pristine canyons and wild rivers. Rivers in that region are among the most beautiful ones in Europe because of their purity and incredible mixture of turquoise with emerald color in the deeper sources. The impressive landscapes, magnificent canyons, crystal clear water with wild rapids and whirlpools will make paddling a memorable experience for every kayaker.
I am happy to return to Mostar and my favorite location for photoshooting the Red Bull Cliff Diving event - The Old Bridge. Built in the 16th century, the iconic old bridge has a diving tradition that stretches back almost 450 years. The Old Bridge stood for 427 years, until it was destroyed on 9 November 1993 by Croat military forces during the Croat–Bosniak War. Subsequently, a project was set in motion to reconstruct it; the rebuilt bridge opened on 23 July 2004.
The spectacular show in the land of internationally famous port wine was very exciting in front of 600,000 people. Martin Sonka flew the perfect round to take his second win of the season and his place at the top of the World Championship standings. I had a great time in the helicopter over Duoro river with awesome view on the global city Porto.
Those who know me are familiar with the fact that my favorite scuba diving destination are Cayman Islands. I've been writing about this underwater photography paradise in many interviews and magazine stories and it is hard to tell anything that I haven't already mention before. Any visit to this magical island creates long lasting special impression therefore, photographs tell far more interesting story than words.
Red Bull Romaniacs is for sure one of the toughest hard enduro race in the world. I have been honored to work on this totally amazing event as an official photographer for the past 10 years in a row. Through all these years I witnessed many different participants and track routes, various weather conditions changed, but only one thing remained the same - extremely hard race conditions that are sometimes inhuman and are tough challenge for all riders, organizers, photographers and all those people even with the smallest role of participating in the Red Bull Romaniacs! I can also proudly announce the new event with a poster with my image on it.
Round 5 of Red Bull Air Race was historic for many reasons as the sport made its debut in Tatarstan, Russia. Beautiful city of Kazan and mystic clouds were the perfect background for this photoshooting. The weather conditions were poor and you can only imagine what it's like to be out there flying in bad weather. The pilots went above all the limits.
Since 2002, the FMX elite has been flying through the air consistently at Las Ventas, one of the most famous bullfighting arenas in the world. The sound of wild motors roared through the tunnels around the famous bullfighting arena as the two-wheeled toreros raced towards the kickers at up to 60km/h. The most prestigious and most challenging freestyle motocross competitions once more gave us a real adrenaline rush.
What can be more interesting for a photographer then an aircraft flying over such historical city as Budapest, Hungary. Photography possibilities are literally endless and Hungarian Parliament building as a background is something to wish for. Moreover, the possibilities extend even more with the view of Buda castle and Statue of Liberty, and of course the renowned Chain Bridge as a start line. The pleasure of watching such an event on such place through photography lens is enormous.
Great canyoning image of mine got published on the cover of Domingo CM magazine which is a publication of Cofina media company. Founded in 1995, Cofina is one of the leading Portuguese media companies. Currently the company has a portfolio of 5 newspapers, 4 magazines and a cable television channel, characterized by sustained growth in profitability, both organic and through acquisitions. Cofina has been listed on the Lisbon stock exchange since 1998.
After more than 2 years planning my dream of going to Iceland finally came true. Like many of my journeys this one also was unusual one so it required more time for detail planning. The logistics and realization of this project was not easy at all but on the other hand that is the photographic beauty in it.
It is always a pleasure to see my photographs being published on the cover pages of popular magazines around the world. The June 2017 issue of Muscle & Performance magazine features one of my photo from the fitness industry in which I am active for more than a decade. People are always aiming to reach the goals of nicely shaped and healthy bodies and good photography is helping to keep them motivated in reaching those goals.
June issue of Original Magazine published my interview across 10 pages including some of the best images from my portfolio. I'm really happy that domestic audience has the chance to read about my work in so many various publications and this really motivates me in my work regarding photography.
I really love to visit Japan and special feeling is working in Chiba City which is known for its samurai and warrior heritage. The 2017 stop of Red Bull Air Race Championship took place in the Makuhari District, which is located right on the fringes of Tokyo Bay. Amazing location to enjoy every twist and turn the pilots make over the beautiful shimmering water that lies beyond Japan's biggest artificial marine beach, which spreads over 4km.
For the fourth time, I have been the head of photographers at Xross Challenge – the biggest and toughest Hard Enduro race in my home country that took place at Tara mountain from 26th till 28th of May. With my photo team (Aleksandar Dmitrovic, Bogdan Kosanovic, Ivan Miladinovic and Mihai Stetcu) I have been part of this race since its beginning and it is amazing to see this event going bigger and better every year.
The Red Bull Air Race World Championship made a welcome return to San Diego in April 2017. Set on the Pacific coast of California the location provides the perfect backdrop for a race. San Diego last hosted a Red Bull Air Race back in 2009 when Nicolas Ivanoff won in the skies above the Pacific coast, and proved extremely popular with the fans that have often asked when the Air Race would return. The answer to that question is right here in 2017.
Great canyoning image that I shot with Extreme Canyoning Team got published on the cover of Reflections Magazine, April 2017 issue. Inside of the magazine there also is a great article about Canyoneering, a discipline whose popularity is growing lately. Reflections is the monthly magazine for members of the Bellevue Club, one of the nation’s finest social and athletic clubs, and for guests of Hotel Bellevue, an award-winning internationally recognized luxury boutique hotel.
Valentina Cafolla, 19-year-old Croatian national of Italian origin, set a new women’s world record in distance diving under ice, clocking up a distance of 125 meters (410 feet) on a single breath. The feat was performed beneath a sheet of ice up to 70 centimeters thick on Lake Anterselva in the Italian Alps.
I'm happy to share another magazine cover page with my canyoning photograph on it. This is Finninsh magazine published by Project Management Association Finland. This project professional magazine appears twice a year and presents news and future prospects in the project sector. The booklet contains the best practices from different areas of project work. The authors of the articles are the most interesting and the best experts in their field.
In February 2017 I spent two weeks in Cape Town, South Africa for one very spectacular and unique photoshooting for STIHL calendar 2018! This is the first time that I share any of my pictures from this very special project! It was more than pleasure to work together with professional photographer and my real friend Joerg Mitter during these two weeks on the very spectacular locations with more than interesting models!
Abu Dhabi played host to the Red Bull Air Race for the 10th time in 2017! Once again it set the scene as the action-packed season opener for a brand new World Championship. The Red Bull Air Race kicked off in style, offering fans the perfect racing destination with plenty to see, do and experience away from racetrack.
The aerial images from Los Angeles that I had a pleasure to capture during helicopter flight still attract huge attention among various media and publishing companies so this time I proudly share the cover page for Los Angeles Meeting & Travel Professionals Guide. Los Angeles has chronicled life in the second-largest U.S. city since the magazine’s founding by Geoff Miller in the spring of 1961. The definitive resource for Angelenos, Los Angeles covers the people, food, culture, arts and entertainment, fashion, lifestyle, and news that defines Southern California with a signature mix of feature-length writing, service journalism, investigative reporting, and design.
Many times I proved that every effort was payed off! That is one more reason for this announcement.
I am SSI scuba diving instructor and scuba diver for more than 20 years. My love for underwater photography is huge and I had the honor of sharing my underwater photos through various publications worldwide so that everyone can enjoy the amazing world of the seas. I am proud to announce that I am from today official international MARES ambassador.
Good health and nicely shaped body is something that we are constantly trying to achieve as a goal, some more that the others, and X-Fitness magazine is trying to help its readers in achieving those goals. I've been active in fitness industry for more than a decade and many of my photos are still being published in some of the leading sports magazines and used on the Internet, but somehow I still very much enjoy when I see them on the cover of X-Fitness magazine.
Canyoning images are very popular worldwide and this time I'm happy to share the info that one of my photos from canyoning series got published on the cover page of Road Explorer magazine. The Road Explorer is a tri-annual magazine publication with industry news, technology, feature destination pieces and motor coach industry updates. Each issue also features spotlight pieces showcasing OMCA’s diverse membership base.
One of the greatest honors that one photographer can get is when his work is recognized and shown to the world on the right way, especially when his photography is the part of world known exhibition called ”Who Shot Sports: A Photographic History, 1843 to the Present” organized by the Brooklyn Museum in Brooklyn, New York, USA.
In its second season, Red Bull Foiling Generation saw Flying Phantom catamarans lift over the water at up to 35 knots in a novel new format. Sailors aged 16-20 competed in a series of heats on four identical boats of distinct colors. The biggest youth sailing program on the planet, Red Bull Foiling Generation held regattas in 15 countries leading up to the World Final in Newport, USA which has historically been home to prestigious sailing events including the America’s Cup and the Volvo Ocean Race.
A movie once said "What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas", but I couldn't find those words between the pylons during my third engage in photoshooting the Red Bull Air Race Championship. The sight seen at Las Vegas Motor Speedway in the middle of the desert is absolutely amazing given the fact that no water is present below the flight path. Situated in southern Nevada this is one of the fastest growing areas in the USA. The world-famous Las Vegas strip has become a global icon, helping the city to build its reputation as the entertainment capital of the world.
It's always great to see photos on the cover of the magazines, especially in today's times when social networks are dominant, and magazines are slowly disappearing. This time it's wonderful to see one of my aerial photos from Los Angeles I made from a helicopter looking for everyday but unique moments of the Californian life. I am delighted to share a new cover page of DTLA LIFE MAGazine.
Ahead of the Red Bull Air Race season finale at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, pilot Matthias Dolderer of Germany led a flight to neighbouring Arizona for heart-stirring images of the famed Horseshoe Bend. Flying by his side was the Martin Šonka of Czech Republic. Those kind of projects are always challenging to me and in order to make sure that the outcome of the photoshooting would be spectacular photographs, I like to use cameras with remote controls or with time lapse mode presets. Moreover, in these situations GoPro cameras can also provide some interesting images from unusual angles. It was for sure a great day with Matthias Dolderer and Martin Šonka which will remain in my mind for a long time.
I was engaged in photoshooting Red Bull Art Of Motion five years in a row and each year was spectacular and special in its way. The Red Bull Art of Motion competitors came again to the Greek island, the so-called freerunning paradise, for the 6th edition of the freerunning event, but an encounter with local fishermen gave their training routine a new meaning. Greek fishermen cast their nets in the picturesque Amoudi bay daily. Freshly caught fish is a trademark of the Greek culinary paradise, adding to Santorini’s worldwide fame as a top tourist destination and the most photographed island in the world. This year, the Amoudi bay that faces Oia and its renowned sunset became a hotspot for freerunners.
I really love New York! Every journey to this city is full of excitement and possibilities to search for new photography ideas. My arrival to New York was planned for several reasons. First and most important was the visit of the Brooklyn Museum where one of my photograph is exhibited to the public within the biggest sports photography exhibition "Who Shoot Sports". The exhibition is promoting photographs from 1813 to present day. I had this huge honor to be selected among other 200 photographers world wide whose photographs are exhibited in this monumental place.
Another spectacular event of Red Bull Cliff Diving took place in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is a privilege to be engaged in such event because it involves photoshooting from the water and it is a great chance to create amazing split-level photographs with a new dimension and form in photography. Given the circumstance of spending several hours in ice cold Neretva, which is hard to withstand, the challenge of photoshooting this kind of sport gets much bigger.
It was a huge honor for me to be guest speaker of Photokina, the world's largest trade fair held in Europe for the photographic and imaging industries. It is the only event in the world that offers a comprehensive presentation of all the imaging media, imaging technologies and imaging markets for consumers and professionals alike. Wonderful day with my great friend Joerg Mitter at the main stage where we presented our story about constant travelings in the last ten years ‘Extreme Sports Photography around the Globe’ on the hunt for the best and unique action sports photographs. It was lots of people and very nice atmosphere. Thanks to all for supporting, coming and visiting us!
The Photokina is the world's largest trade fair held in Europe for the photographic and imaging industries. It is the only event in the world that offers a comprehensive presentation of all the imaging media, imaging technologies and imaging markets for consumers and professionals alike.
The best European long jumper Ivana Spanovic, placed second on the World championship, bronze in Rio and the winner of Diamond league, after the most successful season of her career has visited Red Bull Ring so she could test herself in driving the F1 car. I was there with her to tell the whole story through photographs of her experience in something much different than the sport in which she is the best.
For 2016, the Red Bull Air Race World Championship returns to Germany for its second ever race at the EuroSpeedway Lausitz. The last time the pilots touched down in the 3.2km (2 mile) racetrack was during the 2010 World Championship, where it played host to the nail-biting season finale. My thrill continues along with the Championship as I had a very good time photoshooting at tri-oval racetrack, formerly known as Lausitzring.
It is always a great pleasure to work with world’s sports superstars like Kenan Sofuoglu, especially when it happens again after many years since we first met. I did my first photoshoot with Kenan back in 2008 in Portimao, Portugal at the Super Bike World Championship.
I'm proud to share with everyone that my image got published on the cover of 24 Sata, Serbian free newspaper with the highest circulation which informs the capitol city citizens every day. I'm happy each time when my photographs catch the attention of local media and this time the cover page features one of the world's best Jet Ski freestyle athletes Rok Florijancic.
Home to Europe's premier horseracing event, Ascot hosted the Red Bull Air Race for the third consecutive year in 2016 which provided a truelly great time to me. British hospitality and culture, as one of very old and traditional, are something worth admiring.
Red Bull Romaniacs is by far one of the toughest hard enduro race on the planet and you can remember from my previous posts that I have been honored to work on this totally amazing event as an official photographer for the past 9 years in a row. Needless to say that one of my photos is being used for the official poster and that this race is basically 5 days of totally extreme and inhuman conditions that only few can withstand. Huge respect for all the brave and tough riders out there who participated in this great event that holds the title of the toughest Hard-Enduro rallye on earth.
The possibility of shooting Red Bull’s Cliff Diving from a various angles and positions such as diving ramp, ship, helicopter, above the water, and underwater, each time gives me the feeling like I live through the hole new experience than the previous time. Same thing happened at Portugal as the Azores event was the most pure and true test of cliff diving in the 2016 World Series calendar which I enjoyed very much.
We are back this year with beach volleyball tournament under organisation of Red Bull, along with Swatch, the Swiss watchmaker, and volleyball event promoter Hannes Jagerhofer, and I can say that I had a very good time during this photoshooting. The Swatch Beach Volleyball Major Series arose out of a joint venture between the Austrian Companies Red Bull and ACTS. Red Bull, established in the 1980s by Dietrich Mateschitz, is one of the world’s most famous brands, its direct marketing focusing on sports and lifestyle.
When photoshooting an event many years in a row, like I did the Red Bull X-Fighters, there are no huge changes nor innovations speaking in photographic terms. The location is predefined and Bullring hasn't changed but the energy that spectators give and the new and almost impossible tricks and stunts that riders perform highly motivates me each time on this photographic adventure. Furthermore, this year was the 15th anniversary of Red Bull X-Fighters so the whole event was more glamour and spectacular.
The third Xross Challenge race was held from 10th to 12th June and exceeded all expectations from the riders, the audience and organizers themselves who did their best to organize the event on a world scale. In my fairly overbooked schedule of events that I photograph, this race was among top priorities. There are many reasons for this but mainly this is the greatest hard enduro race in Serbia. The past two years on Kopaonik and Tara were really spectacular, and the third one was promising to push the limits even farther and eventually it did.
Since I first met Chris Birch back in 2008 on Red Bull Romaniacs, he made his way from the mud to the stars and now he is one of the most respectful enduro riders in the world. His motivational and instructional coaching classes are very well known among the people who live for motorbike sports. I am happy to share this exclusive interview with Chris that we made after our photoshooting before this year's X-Ross Challenge on Tara mountain.
I proudly share with you another National Geographic Traveler magazine cover page. This time the Mexican issue for June 2016 on its cover features one of my underwater photo from Mexican caves called cenotes located near the Cancun on the Yucatan peninsula. I think that underwater photography always deserves media attention because the beauty of underwater world should be presented to wider audience through photography. Though it is very difficult for me to have a special surprise underwater after more than 20 years of scuba diving, I’d say that I was very surprised at the time I took that photo because of the unreal ambient underwater created by light beams that are unbelievably thick and various in shape and colors!
On my third visit to Japan I was engaged in photoshooting the fastest moto sport on the planet known as Red Bull Air Race in the sprawling metropolis of Chiba City. Among other things concerning Japan and its culture that puts this location on top of my list of favorite world locations, is the Mount Fuji which may be considered the most recognised mountain in the world. Nigel Lamb of Great Britain, Martin Sonka of the Czech Republic and home hero Yoshihide 'Yoshi' Muroya got a breathtakingly fresh perspective of this iconic peak during recon flight above the Fuji mount. To fly above the national landmark of Japan during this teaser flight is something that I will forever remember as a very special memory.
One of the most amazing projects what I did in a last few years was the sinking of Tito’s ship “VIS”. Recording history in any way always has special value. Working on this project for a few months was an absolute honor as I had the unique opportunity to photograph the ship and its exterior and interior while it was not yet submerged, and after the immersion itself, I was one of the first people to dive into and photograph it below water. This is first ship to be sunk in Croatia for the purpose of scuba diving tourism. "VIS" was made in 1956 and it was in operation as a commanding ship of the Yugoslav Navy, until the early nineties. Its length was 58m, width 8,7m total weight 670t. In the text below, I am posting an exclusive story with the ship owner with all the details that accompanied this unique historic project!
I am very proud that my images are being published in more and more In-Flight magazines which various airline companies publish thus throughout various topics and quality photographs entertain and inform their customers. This time the cover page of Bihanga, Biman Bangladesh Airlines In-Flight Magazine features one of my scuba diving photograph of a snorkeler with underwater camera during the vacation time on exotic tropical island. Enjoy your flight and safe trip...
The second stop of 2016 Red Bull Air Race World Championship brings me back to the hometown of Red Bull for the third time in a row. I had a great time in Speilberg and made some awesome photographs during this event which was not just a mere airplane race but a complete sideshow including F1 car, Nascar and many other amazing performances. Also this time the first female pilot joined the Challenger Cup ranks.
New amazing magazine has seen the light of day and with happiness I can announce the first issue of Extreme Canyoning magazine with my image on the cover page. Great opportunity to promote this extreme discipline that is constantly rising in our region. Moreover, Extreme Canyoning Team are one of the pioneers of the canyoneering in Balkan region and this is a wondereful step in promoting their acitivites.
Since I was active in the fitness industry for more than a decade now, it gives me a great pleasure to announce that another one of my images got published on the cover of X-Fitness, the only Serbian magazine for fitness, wellness, spa and sports. I had a great cooperation with many male and female fitness athletes during my career hence many of my images from such photoshootings are being used in various fithess and sports medias worldwide. It makes me very proud that I'm being involved in improving the healthy lifestyle.
One of my Los Angeles skyline photographs got published on the cover of VeeamUP white paper. Helicopter point of view images of Los Angeles were most published ones obviously because of the modern concept in human economy and political growth. March 2016 edition of VeeamUP - Availability for the Always-On Enterprise™: Business & IT Perspectives features many interesting topics from IT, business, economy and many other topics.
I'm happy to share with you this story of my come back to the largest of the United Arab Emirates who welcomed back the Red Bull Air Race in this new World Championship season. This year 2016 Abu Dhabi is hosting this amazing event for the 9th time with the racing taking place over the Arabian Gulf's sparkling blue waters.
An inflight magazine (or in-flight magazine) is a free magazine distributed via the seats of an airplane by an airline company. Many airline companies produce inflight magazines to provide details about their fleet, as well as articles about destinations or other interesting information. This time I can proudly share with you the cover page for March issue of Travel 3Sixty° Indonesia featuring my underwater image of a scuba diver surrounded with schools of sliverside fishes in Cayman Islands.
As always I'm happy to announce that one of my photographs got published on the cover page of the NewsScope magazine, published by AAGL (American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists) which has over time become highly recognizable medical association worldwide. The Vol.30 No.1 issue for Jan-Mar 2016 features photo of traffic in Mumbai during the day.
I traveled to the Bahamas for the first time in my life because I wanted to feel the uniqueness of that place underwater, to dive with sharks and to make some photos that I didn’t have in my portfolio. Even though I am a scuba diving instructor and I'm diving for more than 20 years, I had a completely new experience underwater because the Bahamas give you something that you can’t get anywhere else in the world.
Shooting the Red Bull Crashed Ice event is always a challenge, especially this year in Munich, because they set up the fastest race track ever seen! The competitors were more than motivated and through adrenaline and action they made my photographic motivation constantly present.
I'm very proud and delighted each time when I see my photos get published on worldwide renowned magazines, so I'm happy to share this cover page for National Geographic Traveler magazine. The Poland issue for December 2015 features one of my colorful images of male street art performer with painted face that I shot in Mumbai during my special project entitled "Faces". Within this assignment I photographed many interesting people and art performers with vivid colors.
After publishing my image on the cover page of Chinese Photographic Travel Magazine earlier this year, I had the honors of being published again and this time with a 4 page interview. The article is entitled "Adrenaline in extreme travel" and it features cool stories about some of my most interesting projects and locations I have visited on planet Earth.

National Geographic is worldwide renowned brand and I'm delighted everytime I see my photos published inside this magnificent magazine. This time it's a special pleasure to see my personal photography story including my portfolio picture published in December's issue of National Geographic Serbia. I am very grateful for that.
It's great to see that official Air Serbia inflight magazine - Elevate, in its December issue features my photo of Filip Kostić freestyle skier from Kragujevac, Serbia during ski slope in very extreme conditions on Kopaonik mountain. Strong wind at temperature of nearly -30 degrees Celsius caused huge snowdrifts that give this image its exclusivity. Very nice looking winter issue on the beggining of snow season.
The end of this year is almost here and fitness promotion continues as we value healthy lifestyle the most. One more cover page of X-Fitness magazine features my photo of Velibor Pocek, fitness professional and CrossFit trainer. X-Fitness magazine is Serbian best fitness magazine and has its online publication.
As always I'm happy to announce that one of my photographs got published on the cover page of the NewsScope magazine, published by AAGL (American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists) which has over time become highly recognizable medical association worldwide. The Vol.29 No.4 issue for Oct-Dec 2015 features photo of traffic in Mumbai at evening hours.
The final event of the 2015 Red Bull X-Fighters World Tour was held in Abu Dhabi, UAE and it marks the first time for the UAE to host the season finale. Under the patronage of Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs world's top FMX athletes had battled out for fame and glory. It was an amazing event for the year ending and it was a pleasure for me to be there and make some great photographs.
After my desert photoshooting with Ronnie Renner from March this year at Dumont dunes in the USA, which turned out to be really amazing adventure, we decided to repeat similar adrenalin trip but this time in stunning Rub' al Khali desert south of Abu Dhabi. People who travel to Abu Dhabi usually count the stars on hotels in order to have the best possible accommodation, but in our case we chose camping in the middle of the desert under tents and open sky. That experience is hard to describe in words. Once again great action resulted in great photographs, but that is no surprise because nothing less is to be expected from a good friend, world star and pro FMX rider like Ronnie Renner.
Coming back to Sin City for another photoshooting is always more than interesting. Glitz and glamour is the only way in Las Vegas. Known as the city that never stops performing, the neon lights and non-stop party atmosphere made Las Vegas so excited Red Bull Air Race stop on the 2015 calendar.
You've probably heard many times that someone flew over the Grand Canyon. My story is a little more spectacular than just a tourist helicopter flying tour that you can reserve in almost every hotel in Las Vegas.
Flying in the Red Bull Air Race airplane and taking photos with the best pilots in the world in the formation is definitely something to remember for a lifetime. I had a place in the double seater Extra 300L with great pilot of Chile Christian Bolton. Our spectacular flight lasted a little more than hour and a half with all the details that acrobatic plane can give you.
It was a pleasure to return to freerunning paradise and new natural track in Oia, at the north-western edge of Cycladic island of Santorini, Greece for the photoshooting of the Red Bull Art of Motion 2015 event. It’s the most photographed island in the world and the perfect playground for the world’s freerunning elite. With 18 freerunners who competed against the course and themselves, while presenting their own unique skills through their awesome tricks, runs and drops, the time here was more than fun.
After switching to digital online issue the adventure of X-Sports continues. In this issue majority of all stories was created from photos that were never published anywhere else and this amazing cover page also features freestyle motocross legend Ronnie Renner during his buggy freeride in the Dumont sand dunes.
After first two years of the World Series in 2009 and 2010, Red Bull Cliff Diving returned to Polignano a Mare in 2015, which is considered the European Mecca of cliff diving. In this southern part of Italy the cliffs are the foundation of everyday life, with the town itself perched on the precipice. I am also very happy to shoot on this location because this event involves scuba diving skills as well as photographic ones. Those who know me are aware of the fact that I enjoy in water very much hence photoshooting Red Bull Cliff diving series is extra pleasure for me.
The most amazing aerial motorsport Red Bull Air Race was held in Austria in 2014 for the first time since the start in 2005. The comeback at the site of the Red Bull Ring which has a long history of motorsports, most notably as host to Formula One for 18 consecutive years throughout the 1970s and 1980s, with this years event was spectacular despite the bad weather.
Los Angeles is one of my favorite travel destinations for the past years. There is not much modern cities that provide many photographic opportunities because many of them are associated with unique details. When you mention California to anyone the first association certainly will be the Sun. Los Angeles with its geographical position has particular place on the map when it comes to unique light at sunset or the so-called "Golden Hour"! At such amazing light conditions this image of urban female runner was made and deserved its place on the cover of September issue of Elevate magazine.
Serbian acro-paragliding pilot Petar Lončar has done first ever paragliding jump from the Đurđevica Tara Bridge in Montenegro. He jumped from 149 meters high concrete bridge, made a U-turn under the arch of the bridge, and safely landed into the canyon of Tara river.
I am very delighted to announce the new cover page for Travel Magazine that features my photograph from Cappadocia, Turkey from the Red Bull project Triple Infinity Tumbling Synchro World Record.

As a professional underwater photographer and scuba diving instructor for more than 20 years it is obvious that I like water very much. Therefore, photoshooting the Extreme Sailing series is interesting to me not only because it includes water but also speed, wind and great people. Emotions, energy, water drops and fantastic atmosphere are guaranteed part of every sailing race. I was also more than happy to work again with global heroes in competitive ocean sailing - Hagara and Steinacher from Red Bull Extreme Sailing team.
I will step out from the sports concept for a moment and share with everyone the advertising campaign with my picture for Galaxy Note5 from Samsung. This photo is part of business photo series that specially targets modern mid-adult population who are always on the move, therefore is perfect for this kind of products such as mobile devices.
Photoshooting the Red Bull Cliff Diving series is always somewhat unique and special. Adding the location to that, already spectacular competition, that has huge historical background when we refer to high diving, then the photographic challenge is even bigger. As you may have guessed by now, Mostar and amazing Old Bridge were the hosts of this stop of Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series. Almost every place in the world has its symbol of recognition and just like the Old Bridge is symbol of Mostar so are the high divings inextricably linked to the Old Bridge.
This summer had some seriously hot days so I hope that everyone has found their way of cooling down. Speaking of which I'm happy to share with everyone this pretty cool cover page of Elevate magazine that features my photo of Mark Tilly, freediver and scuba diving instructor from UK during his cooling down moments in cayman Islands.
It's an honor to have ten pages interview in one of the most prestigious luxury magazines in Montenegro - The Luxury Collection Montenegro. This amazing magazine presents buyers with a seductive display of exquisite products and services they desire, in other words pure enjoyment in life and luxury lifestyle. It brings a special pleasure for me to see my studio image I shot with a Red Bull Air Race World Champion Nigel Lamb on the cover of the magazine Ignition Luxury and Performance Magazine! Nigel is a legend in the world of aviation, and having this portrait of him published on such a prestigious magazine presents a true honor for me!
Red Bull Romaniacs is for sure one of the toughest hard enduro race in the world. I have been honored to work on this totally amazing event as an official photographer for the past 8 years in a row. Also I am pleased AGAIN to announce that the picture taken last year during the Red Bull Romaniacs, was used for the official promotional poster (above) and media campaign for Red Bull Romaniacs 2015.
Photograph of my friend, Serbian lovely girl Ivana Spanovic, one of the best athlete in the world in the "Long Jump" discipline, got published on the cover page of Blic magazin, special edition of renowned Serbian daily newspaper.
Red Bull Air Race stop in Budapest was definitely one of the most beautiful looking purely from photographer's aspect. Amazing architecture of wonderful buildings, castles and bridges is inevitable background of the Red Bull Air Race in Budapest. Flock of small racing planes took turns roaring around an aerial racetrack over the Danube river between Elizabeth and Margaret Bridges, right in front of the Parliament building. Every photographer was able to find some angles at which they can include any of this amazing architectural masterpieces in the photo.
There are many amazing photos from the officially fastest motosport on the planet, Red Bull Air Race, that I shot for the past several years and many of them were published in various press medias, but this portrait of pilot Peter Besenyei got used for the can of Red Bull and I'm happy to share this with everyone.
My love for underwater photography is huge so I have the honor to share my underwater photos through various publications worldwide so that everyone can enjoy in this amazing world of the seas. This July edition of Elevate magazine features one of my underwater images of Tarpon fish surrounded with school of Silverside fishes in Devils' Grotto on Cayman Islands.
While traveling constantly around the world it's sometimes hard to choose the most beautiful place I've traveled to. After my trip to Cappadocia I will certainly have a clear answer if someone asks me this question in the future. One of the most beautiful places that I ever visited is certainly Cappadocia, Turkey. It's very hard to describe what your eyes see at some point. Hundreds of balloons lined up in the sky like a most beautiful colorful decorations glued to the horizon in front of sun rising with colors that just seems unrealistic. I am convinced that those who experienced this even once will forever remeber it no matter where they travel and regardless of what they do in any part of the planet.
I'm following the X-Fighters adventures around the globe for 7 years in a row now, and this year we had totally new and unique stop in Athens, Greece. Operating since the Golden Age of Pericles, the Dionyssos Marble Quarry have provided thousands of cubic meters of marble used to build the Acropolis monument as well as most of the Classical, Hellenistic and Roman sculptures. Photoshooting any event is always more challenging when there is nice background and in this case whole ambient was more than spectacular. Dust and heat couldn't disrupt our perfect plans that we had for moto adventure in Athens.
I was lucky to photoshoot a great FMX rider and a good friend of mine Ronnie Renner on many locations and many amazing projects worlwide. This time Ronnie got the city in the mood for the first-ever Red Bull X-Fighters event in Greece on a thrill-filled tour through the capital city. Ronnie Renner, the four-time winner of the X-Games and the winner of the Red Bull X-Fighters in Mexico City in 2005 took a little tour of the city, paying a particularly spectacular visit to the Athens Academy and showed some breathtaking tricks in front of the Statue of Athena to warm-up the second leg of the five-stop 2015 Red Bull X-Fighters season.
Almost everyday I recieve updates about my images being published on cover pages of various world magazines, so I proudly present this one from Lonely Planet Traveller Magazine, Chinese edition. The image is taken in Mexican cenotes at the Yucatan Peninsula near Cancun. Refraction of light underwater creates amazing shapes and whole ambient turns into unreal location and that is why these photos are looking great on the cover pages.
I had a pleasure of photoshooting the beach volleyball tournament under organisation of Red Bull, along with Swatch, the Swiss watchmaker, and volleyball event promoter Hannes Jagerhofer. After constantly photoshooting various extreme sports this kind of project was something completely different and more than interesting. Main aim for me was to get the photographs done in my way and different than any volleyball images seen so far.
It's always a pleasure to see a cover page with my image on it, so here I present to you the spring edition of Polish magazine "PLACE" with my photograph from Red Bull Air Race series with Luke Czepiela inside the cockpit of his fast aerobatic plane. Red Bull Air Race is very challenging sport for photoshooting, but the images are truely amazing.
One of my photographs with B-Boy Lux De Lux from Red Bull BC One series that I took in Zagreb got published on the cover page of Optimist - Magazine For Hedonistic Lifestyle. This Croatian magazine from Split fills a gap in the media landscape of Dalmatia. "Vaccinated" against the politics, Optimist magazine is hedonistic guide for people who know how to enjoy life.
I am very happy to share one more cover page with my image on it. This time it's the best South African motorsport magazine On The Track Racing, a bi-monthly motorsport magazine available nationally and an independently owned and run publication. The cover photo features Nick De Wit aka Sick Nick, freestyle FMX rider from Muldersdrift, South Africa. This photo is from one of my first photoshooting with Nick back in 2007 in Istanbul, Turkey and those photographs are still being published in magazines worldwide, because of the impact they have on his portfolio.
Photography has no boundries at all and evidence to that is one of my images that got published on the cover of Chinese Photographic Travel Magazine. The cover image features underwater photo of Kittiwake shipwreck that lies in the waters of Cayman Islands. The series of Kittiwake is my most published magazine covers image series so far and I'm very happy that it still catches the eye of various viewers.
The Red Bull Air Race World Championship 2015 brings us in Rovinj, Croatia where some amazing images from this this event were made to catch viewers attention. Variety of photographic techniques with different lenses and huge photographic opportunities led to capturing the most interesting moments of the race in Rovinj.
It is always great to see my pictures published worldwide in various magazines. Another photo of mine got published on the cover of May issue of official Red Bull Air Race magazine. The cover features portrait of Yoshihide "Yoshi" Muroya, the first and only Asian pilot to compete in the Red Bull Air Race. Muroya has brought numerous innovations to the sport, in particular introducing pre-race meditation Zazen to the sport.
One more great cover page for Elevate magazine that features my photo of Jovana Medenica during outdoor pursuit in Montenegro. Breathtaking panoramic view of Rijeka Crnojevića fills the background and gives this photogorah its uniqueness. Rijeka Crnojevića is a city settlement in Montenegro beside the river of Crnojević - near the coast of Skadar lake. It is part of Old Royal Capital Cetinje.
As you may have noticed through my posts I very much enjoy scuba diving and underwater photography takes a huge part of my life. Time spent in blue depths of the oceans relaxes me and takes me away from the way of life we all tend to live on the land. Probably the most interesting diving site, and my personal favorite, is the Kittiwake shipwreck that lies in the waters of Cayman Islands. Countless stories are written about this shipwreck and you have also read some of mine as well, but this time I proudly share with you cover page for German underwater magazine called Unterwasser Tauchmagazin that features my photo of a diver exploring the Kittiwake shipwreck.
After very successful cover page of X-Fitness magazine at the beginnin of this year, I can proudly say that I had another cover page done and this time it features Davor Brdjanovic, Health and Workout Coach sponsored by QNT Nutrition. Davor is great model and athlete based in Netherlands and he is happy while helping others with their own goals in order to improve themselves!
This is the third time the Red Bull F1 Show Run is held India, and from the moment I got the call to photograph this event I was thinking about the new element we can put in just to make things a bit different than last years. Having in mind that colours in India are very symbolic, I had an idea to put them into this project, but the whole thing was uncertain. First of all, we needed a permit from the city authorities in Hyderabad to cover in colors the street where it all happened, and then Infiniti Red Bull Racing had to give permission for F1 car. When we got approval from the Indian government, and the Infiniti Red Bull Racing enthusiastically embraced the idea, we could finally do it.
One of the most luxurious diving magazine in the world, Scuba Life Magazine, honored me again by publishing my underwater portrait photograph on the cover page of March issue along with the interview across ten pages inside the magazine. I am always happy to see that my work inspires other people from scuba diving population, and gladly give interviews for such media.
It makes me very proud whenever I see any of my photographs on the cover pages of various books and magazines worldwide. Here is the cover page of former Helix magazine (now Double Helix), a scientific magazine for teens published in Australia. The cover image features scuba diver underwater in the amazing locations in Mexican cenotes at the Yucatan Peninsula near Cancun.
When legend like Ronnie Renner is in your lens, you know that photos will not be usual or ordinary, but our photoshooting with a buggy in the sand dunes was over all my expectations and it turned out to be a great adventure, which is why this project is on top of my list of favourites. Ronnie Renner is a freestyle motocross legend, a guy who has 11 X-Games medals, numerous Red Bull X-Fighters podiums and several world records under his belt. I was thinking about photoshooting with Renner for some time, and since he usually freerides his buggy in the sand dunes, and I have never had a chance to take photos of those vehicles, there was a good reason to put my idea into reality.
Photoshooting Red Bull X-Fighters became some sort of a traditional event in my working calendar, and every year it gets better than the previous one. Top FMX riders from all over the world each year bring new stunts into this amazing competition and the thrill of being part of such event is very special feeling to me.
The Red Bull Air Race is back once again in Abu Dhabi. The season opening round of Red Bull Air Race World Championship 2015 took off over the capital’s Corniche bay on mid February. Photographic opportunities are huge because you can apply a variety of photographic techniques and different lenses to capture the most interesting moments of the race (in the true meaning of the word moment). This time it was a real pleasure photographing this event because I had the opportunity to shoot the teaser flight from one of the best aerobatic airplanes - Extra 330LX.
Photoshooting with one of the world's best wakeskater Brian Grubb was something completely unusual and different. Whenever such projects are finished and when I look at the photographs my first thought is "Challenges never end!" Very difficult weather conditions and the challenge of the project itself were sufficient at the very beginning. Regardless of the difficulties, a great team and great energy all of us had contributed to yet another unique and never seen before project with a spectacular materials!
After two years I came back again in Saint Paul for Red Bull Crashed Ice. The sport of Ice Cross Downhill continues its residence in the “State of Hockey” with a fourth visit to the capital of Minnesota in 2015, as the sport continues to grow in popularity with US fans. The photo shooting of the fastest sport on ice and those incredible athletes is always so challenging. Usually low temperatures and hard working conditions in most cases are really demanding and that makes the goal harder to get. This time we could say that we were lucky with the weather – the temperature was -5C, so it made this event easier for photo shooting, especially if we compare it with the previous one when we were working in temperature of -22C with the wind of 30 km/h!
It's my pleasure to share this new cover page of X-Fitness magazine featuring Erko Jun, fitness model, personal trainer, body engineer and international cover model. This image is from a photoshooting I did with Erko in my studio in Belgrade and I am very happy with the outcome of that photo session. Let this be a nice beginning of the following year.
The lack of time for all potential clients and engagements makes me accept only projects that I find challenging and fun. The call I got from Suunto, who are the world leaders in manufacturing of dive computers, heart rate monitors and outdoor instruments, was exactly what I mentioned. They contacted me in the beginning of november with idea of an advertising photoshoot on Maldives, for their products like dive computers, outdoor watches and others. It sounded very challenging and fun to me.
One of my favorite cover pages in this year for several reasons. First of all it represents the transition from printed issue of X-Sports magazine to digital X-Sports & Outdoor Magazine, so it continues to exist not only as magazine but as online portal also. Secondly it is one of my high light photographs from this years latest photoshootings with one of the world's best Jet Ski freestyle athletes Rok Florijancic. All of this makes the cover of X-Sports & Outdoor Magazine to look just as it should - spectacular.
Another cover page, but this time more different than usual - nothing extreme, without action, adrenaline, unusual conditions and geographical points on the planet, but it certainly is a beauty in its full glory, both because of the model, and because of New Year and Christmas holidays, which are the motive of this cover page.
Music events are very rare on my photography list, but after my last photoshooting in 2014 the Red Bull Soundclash in Zenica, BIH most certainly I will change that in the future. Energy during this photoshooting was something special, because the atmosphere that bands and the audience created was something to be remembered as special.
So far, my photos had been published numerous times on the cover pages around the world. Nevertheless, it is always a pleasure to have another cover page. The pleasure is even bigger when it comes to some of my favorite photos, or one of the persons with whome I always have a pleasure to work. In this case, it is my friend, Serbian lovely girl Ivana Spanovic, one of the best athlete in the world in the "Long Jump" discipline, or else known as "The Flying Lady" as she was called by editors of "ARENA" magazine!
It is a real pleasure to work with the best athletes in the world no matter what sport they do. Throughout my career, a large number of elite athletes was in front of my camera, so it was this time. Portfolio photoshooting with the number one team in the world at street basketball discipline 3x3.
For the first time since the start of the Red Bull Air Race World Championship in 2005, the aerial motorsport has come home to Austria in 2014. The Red Bull Ring in Spielberg has welcomed back the race pilots as they touched down for the season final on 25-26 October for a showdown at the world-famous racetrack.
I am very happy to say that DigitalFoto magazine published my interview and biography in their autumn edition, and moreover one of my underwater photograph is on the cover. What more can a photographer wish for.
Photoshooting the fastest sport event on the planet is a unique challenge. This stop was in Las Vegas, USA where the Red Bull Air Race pilots race against the clock as they try to navigate their racing planes as fast as possible through a challenging low-altitude slalom course filled with Air Gate obstacles. The pilots reach speeds of up to 370 kilometers per hour and endure forces of up to 10Gs in the tight turns on courses.
I was honored to be the official photographer third time in a row for one of the biggest freerunning events in the world. Red Bull Art of Motion returned to the island of Santorini, Greece, the so-called freerunning paradise. Once again the world’s top freerunners got together on an epic course setting against the volcanic landscape and the infinite blue sea.
One of my latest photoshootings was held in India. After many times of traveling in this amazing country this was my first time in one of their southern biggest cities – Bangalore. Not so many people in India heard about Red Bull Flugtag so the event got a huge media attention.
One of my travel images from Mumbai, India got published on the cover of Sawasdee, Thai Airways inflight magazine that entertain people during their flight time. This is another great way to present beautiful photographs worldwide and I'm very proud to be a part of this publishing.
I prepared this photo shooting with Rok and Nac Florjancic Jet Ski Freestyle World champions for almost two years and somehow we always had some barrier to implementation. The biggest barrier were that I was constantly on the road, and they had their competitions and we just couldn’t precise the time and place of photo shooting. Finally the moment came when we were able to reach the agreement so we made the exact date and month in advance and it was fixed on September 15, 2014.
Red Bull Photography special project BMX W2D that I recently finished caused huge media attention because of the unusual approach to the subject. Several months of preparations, unusual ambient, one of the best young BMX riders in Europe and special camera equipment made this project unique and totally different comparing to other I did so far. How it all was made you can find out in this post.
With pleasure I present the interview for 360° Magazine, Autumn 2014 edition - Bulgarian magazine for extreme sports, leisure and alternative lifestyles. The concept of 360° Magazine is to promote extreme sports and active lifestyle - increasingly important part of modern lifestyle with special emphasis on environmental awareness and responsible attitude towards nature and the world around us.
Photographing Formula 1 should be on the "must do" list of any serious sports photographer. The opportunity that I got can be described as "dream shooting" because I was engaged to work with Sebastian Vettel and Daniel Ricciardo, as well as the entire Red Bull Racing team at Monza, the historic place when it comes to Formula 1 racing.
After the interview in the first issue of the official Air Serbia inflight magazine - Elevate, I am more than happy to announce that more of my images got published in the second issue of Elevate. The aerial image of Los Angeles describes the "Golden Hour" phenomenon, the story about canyoning in Montenegro and Serbia along with my images on six pages, and lastly but most important, there is the canyoning image on the cover page!

One more cover page got published with my underwater photograph, and this time it is French magazine Le Figaro. The photo was taken on one of my favorite diving sites in Cayman Islands and features the Kittiwake ship wreck.
After more than 20 years of scuba diving it is very difficult for me to have a special surprise underwater. If I’d say that I was very surprised this time, then your first thought might be of Mexican caves called cenotes. Near the Cancun on the Yucatan peninsula is the largest number of cenotes in the world. Amazingly crystal clear waters and such ambient that would most definitely impress anyone.
Another of my photographs of Valery Rozov got published on the cover of Russian magazine Technology-Youth, the magazine with tradition and history that lasts more than 80 years. The image is from Valery's jump into Mutnovsky volcano on Russia's Kamchatka Peninsula, and it is my most published image series worldwide. Since Valery is very popular in his home country he still draws attention to his activities and I'm very proud of our work together.
It is always great to see my pictures published worldwide in various magazines. One of my pilots portrait photograph got published on the cover of the official Red Bull Air Race magazine. This is the August issue of the magazine provided at this years stop in Ascot/UK with Nigel Lamb and Paul Bonhomme. These pictures I made during my photoshoot with Limex Images for Red Bull Air Race in Abu Dhabi on the beginning of this year!
This was completely unusual underwater photoshooting during safety training with the Red Bull Air Race Challenger pilots. As a professional underwater photographer and scuba diving instructor I never thought that I would ever work with pilots underwater but the opposite happened. Great atmosphere and the perfect conditions for a completely unique photographs.
It is my pleasure to announce that the first issue of magazine ELEVATE is here, and that my interview can be found in it. Magazines in the airplanes draw huge attention of passengers while traveling around the globe, hence I'm happy that my portfolio will also be noticed in this official Air Serbia inflight magazine.
Taking pictures of the fastest sport event on the planet is just so much more than a challenge. In the Red Bull Air Race pilots race against the clock as they try to navigate their racing planes as fast as possible through a challenging low-altitude slalom course filled with Air Gate obstacles. The pilots reach speeds of up to 370 kilometers per hour and endure forces of up to 10Gs in the tight turns on courses.

Japan has again been host to the best FMX riders in the world and the biggest event in the motorbike sport on the planet, "Red Bull X-Fighters." The atmosphere in front of the Osaka Castle was hot in every sense. Sunshine and very warm weather, plus tricks that riders were performing simply contributed to the very high temperature.
Photo shooting the fastest race on the planet "Red Bull Air Race" this time was moved to Malaysia and beautiful small town Putrajaya. The action, challenge and speed were present with every photographer who witnesed this amazing event!
Mexican moto magazine Vallarta Sobre Ruedas published one of my photographs on their cover page for April 2014 issue. Terrific sport combined with most beautiful locations in the world brings with each stop totally unbelievable moments before and during the race. For the second race in the season the most beautiful Croatian town of Rovinj was selected. Rovinj is popular tourist destination also known as the Blue Pearl of the Adriatic Sea. KTM photoshooting with amazing factory stunt rider Rok Bagoros in the largest aluminum factory as completely unbelievable location can result only in unique photos. It's great to work with people whose ambitions are constantly growing, and thus they motivate other young people who would want to practise some of the similar activities.
4 years ago I photographed one of my favorite, and also one of the most extreme projects in my career. In 2010 Robbie Maddison has entered the history with his unique motorcycle jump over the Corinth Canal in Greece. After 4 years history repeats itself only in a different form. I'm back in the same place but this time with a completely different team with acrobatic flying legend Peter Besenyei. Hungarian pilot completed an amazing flight through the famous Corinth Canal in Greece, while performing impressive aerial manoeuvers and breathtaking tricks.
It is always more than a pleasure to photograph and work with the best athletes from around the globe. Another season of the world’s biggest freestyle motocross competition Red Bull X-Fighters has started. Like the previous year, the first stop is the Monumental Plaza de Toros the biggest bull ring arena in the world, which is located in Mexico City. Photographic experience in this sport for years back gives me certain advantages when it comes to photography, because knowing the tricks, the drivers and their usual routine allows me to accomplish everything that I plan in advance - The perfect moment!
Red Bull X-Fighters as the biggest FMX sport event in the world gave me huge photographic experience since I covered this championship for many years in a row. Everything is great about this sport, the location, the riders, the tricks... but above all the greatest thing is a result of your effort published on the cover page and shared with the wider audience.

I went around the world, and something so wonderful as Japan I really have not seen, nor experienced. It is something absolutely incredible. A special country with special people, and from the moment you get there you feel a different energy, hospitality, and a culture that is truly fascinating. Is there a better or more glamorous place in the world to photoshoot an event… Dubai and Burju Khalifa as a background, and one of the biggest sports events on the planet – Red Bull X-Fighters! It’s the Red Bull X-Fighters third visit to Dubai but their first ever stop off at Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard. The downtown venue sits in the shadow of the Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building, and the X-Fighters all want to respond by going as big as they can.

Unexpected number of visitors during the two days workshop marked all the photographer's events who wanted to try something completely different and new. My lecture was titled "Day with NIkon action photographer" and was accompanied with full auditorium and very big interest.
After all the places I have been to around the world, the start of the Red Bull X-Fighters season in 2013 took me to Mexico. Incredibible Mexico City was the first of six stops of this year's tour. Instead bullfighters and bull fights, Monumental Plaza de Toros, the largest bullfighting arena in the world hosted this time a modern gladiators - the best freestyle motocross riders. High altitude shots from the highest levels of the arena made this project and images stand out a bit from previous ones.
Frozen Saint Paul and Red Bull Crashed Ice were the real adventure for photo shooting. Low temperatures are inevitable during this kind of competitions, but this cold was something really special. Temperature of -22°C followed with a wind of 15km/h simply was too much. Eight hours in a row in open air in that kind of conditions is hard to explain to someone who never experienced it. Good equipment is literally of life importance. I especially hate the cold, but somehow it is always a big challenge for me!
I am pleased that I have another cover page published, and this time it is Asian Diver Magazine. The photo in black and white technique features the Kittiwake ship wreck from one of the world's top 3 scuba diving site locations. It is always a pleasure to work with unique athletes, and among those for sure is Veso Ovcharov. One of the world’s best Akro Paragliding flyers has visited Belgrade just to work on this photoshooting. Fun time during the day and fantastic photographs were the only goal of our meeting. At this moment we only did portraits and lifestyle photographs, but our friendship will bring more interesting action photoshooting projects in the future which will remain top secret for now.
One of the leading photography magazine in the region, ReFoto, published another great article about Subal underwater housings and my personal story about succefull cooperation with this company. The only Serbian diving magazine entitled Ronilački Svet (Diving World) once more has published one of my underwater pictures on the cover. When we thought in 2002 of a nice body and health in general, we didn’t realize that those thoughts will represent the main topics for the development of a new brand called X-FITNESS magazine. A large number of front and inside pages of the magazine are my photos that illustrate the fitness and lifestyle world population in the best way.

Aside the main event as a purpose of my visit to India, I have to say again that this country never stops to amaze me. Its kind and cheerful people are always fully cooperative and the vivid colors on the streets are every photographer’s dream. Though majority of the population live in poverty, every single person I’ve talked to has a smiley face and not a single negative emotion. Combinig this positive human quality and adrenaline we have a race named Red Bull Soapbox!
Exciting mountain bike event that happened in Belfast, Northern Ireland, Red Bull Fox Hunt featured a connection between local tradition and extreme sports, in which the participants took role of prey and tried to outrun the fox, unlike in the real fox huntung. This time the fox is called Gee Atherthon, a professional Red Bull mountain bike rider. The weather and surrounding area full of mud gave us a hard time while trying to make some interesting photos.
A lot of world media covered the story about Felix Baumgartner and Stratos project with some of my photographs, and one cover page with my image on it reminds me the most of how proud I am for being part of a huge Stratos project that wrote new pages in human history. After several years of using Sea&Sea underwater housings I have decided to change the brand entirely and to replace all the components I have used so far. After many months of thinking, consulting and researching I finally decided that my new underwater housing should be from well known company "SUBAL". Right after the first contact with this brand I realized that this is just the thing I always wanted. The first underwater housing for Nikon D4 was custom made black edition, produced specially for me!
Photoshooting an event inside the building means that you have to be ready professionally and physicaly. I walked up and down the 8 floors of The National Place of Culture in Sofia, fully equipped and prior to the event for about fifty times in order to prepare myself adequately for Red Bull Ride the Palace, indoors downhill mountain bike race.

With great honour I must say that once more a privately funded non-profit organization Wings for Life Spinal Cord Research Foundation used one of my photos for 2013 year's calendar. This time we transferred the piece of urban jungle to remote non-urban volcano island of Santorini for the unique contest of Red Bull Art of Motion.
Spending 15 days on Maldives is every divers dream. Needless to say that for those diver who practise underwater photography words become unnecessary, and the dream becomes reality. After a few of my trips to Maldives I needed to find something different and more unique. My team Sebastian Diving Center this time chose totally unusual location - Far North Haa Alifu Atoll. Escaping to the Maldives atolls in the far north rewards you with serenity on your dives since, unlike other areas of the Maldives, you are unlikely to see another liveaboard during your entire cruise.
The cover page of Southside magazine from Hong Kong features one of my underwater photographs with my girlfriend Jovana Medenica holding a big seashell during snorkeling. Several photographs from this, indeed unique, series were used in some respected magazines, and the rest of them are waiting for their potential buyers.
When I did photoshooting with Chris Birch several years ago in Romania, neither one of us suspected that one of those photographs will end up setting a record in number of publishings. All around the globe media used that same picture whenever they announced news about Red Bull Romaniacs, motocross or Chris Birch.
The Red Bull X-Fighters celebrated the 11th year of FMX in Madrid's Las Ventas bullring at what has become Europe's greatest FMX event. Photo shooting that occurs during the days of this competition is very different from the other sport event photo shootings. The adrenaline that fills the air in the arena is something that is very hard to describe in words. At least 4 photographers make a photo shooting team that's in charge of covering every moment and place of the event.
Photo shooting with Dany Torres in front of Las Ventas arena was something more than spectacular. It was real warm up for photographers and for Dany too. Hundreds of passers-by and motorists stopped to watch the early morning action under brilliant blue skies and cheered Spain's freestyle motocross hero as he completed more than two dozen jumps during the exhibition session.
Great news about one of my images from outdoor series that was used for cover page of Partenaires Savoie, French business magazine. Photoshooting on the Pacific Ring of Fire was totally new experience for me and Philippines are more beautiful than I heard from the stories before I came to this place on the far east of the globe. Amazing archipelago comprising 7,107 islands, the Philippines is deffinetly a location every person should visit once in a lifetime. Since the weather is mostly hot and humid we had a little trouble at first adapting to those conditions, but the hospitality of our hosts and kind people was more than eneough to forget about the weather conditions.

Upon a request from several world’s most famous fitness magazines for quality exercise pictures, I had a wonderful idea to shoot on a very specific location. Beautiful day, gold sand, clear sky, perfect sun, ocean and the beach of Santa Monica present all the details of one of my favourite studios in the nature. All that I mentioned above, of course, wouldn't be enough without a georgeous fitness model!

Our planet offers so many beautiful places that sometimes can’t be imagined before they are seen and experienced. It is, also, hard to explain by words to someone all the expressions that you are bringing from somewhere far away. That kind of place is one of the islands of Maldives and is called Velassaru!
In the southern part of Asia, in the Indian Ocean, there are well-known Maldives – a true Heaven on the Earth. Nevertheless, not many people visit this wonderful but harsh place at the South Pole.

This time it is my pleasure to see this photo used for Ukrainian biggest moto magazine Motodraiv.
I recently gave an interview for the Israelian high quality lifestyle magazine named HDL. I was pretty much surprised with the quality of the print and paper itself, and so far it is the best printed issue of a foreign magazine I've seen in the past several years. It is written in Hebrew and listing it from left to right was very interesting for me.
Once again, I can only proudly announce that some more of my works, including portfolio, have been published in Scuba Life magazine. He made some pretty amazing tricks on the city streets in the capitol of Macedonia, and showed to the thrilled people in the audience what it really means to be a professional stunt bike rider.
Making shots of a Cliff Diving event is always more than just a challenge. You can enjoy in beautiful and unique locations, water, sun and the athletes who are also different than the others. Working in many different countries around the world on several Red Bull’s Cliff Diving photoshooting events, I can only say that every time I shoot this type of sport I live through the hole different experience than the previous time. Last few years I did several shootings with the world’s nine times champion Orlando Duque from Columbia, and maybe that is making the hole difference.

This shooting for me was a little bit more than just a challenge because until now I didn't have a chance to shoot this kind of sport. This was one great experience and a beautiful day spent with people who have done all in their power.
The plan of our expedition was to get trained for the alpine glaciers climbing at very low temperatures (to get prepared for one of our main projects this year), purchase the necessary equipment for some future expeditions, go free riding on deep and immaculate snow, go base jumping from the top of these beautiful mountains and climbing Mont Blanc, if the weather conditions are favourable. Beside the main plan we wanted to have all those experiences shown on photographies!
This was quite an interesting photo shooting project in which I was happy to participate and make great shots with a friend of mine Julien Dupont who spend some quality time in my hometown. Everything was well organized and the weather was on our side too so the end result was lots of energy and fun packed in a few days.
Inside Travel Magazine there is a collection of my travel destinations for readers to enjoy. Being a professional photographer is one of the occupations which require traveling to many exotic and unusual places. Looking at the world, people and the nature through the lens gives a photographer the power to express his ideas through his photos. Therefore, photo studios, apart from many cities and their landmarks, are also mountains, rivers, oceans and all the places that we think exist only in books or movies.
On this interesting photo shooting I had the pleasure of working again with Burcu, one of the best female drivers in the world, and the first impresion that I had told me all about her. Judging by her look I wouldn't say she is a rally car driver. She is very pleasant, elegant and cooperative and this photo shooting is probably the best example of a perfect communication between a photographer and a model.
After the amazing jump over the Corinth canal that Robbie Maddison successfully performed on his bike, the news started to spread all over the world. It makes me even more proud that the sequence photo of this historical jump made it to the cover of the German freestyle MX magazine Smoothness. Sequence photos are rarely used for the cover pages, and this is another reason that makes this photo very special to me.
I was pleased to be a part of this project in which Australian stunt Motocrosser Robbie Maddison managed to overcome fear and become the first person to jump over the Corinth Canal in Greece. Digital Madness and Alex Mustard’s workshop run again at the East End of Grand Cayman island. The main topic of the workshop was the understanding and controlling light underwater, because all these wonderful colors underwater are lost if they are not visible in a photo.
I get the inspiration from everyday contemplation on specific photos because I really spend a lot of time preparing and thinking about my work. The most important thing is to be original. I create most of the situations by myself striving to take unique photos.Speaking about being unique, there are many of my photos which make people wondering how they were taken.

The only thing that you can feel while standing 1,5 meters close to a moving formula is speed thrill! The feel of breeze on my face from a 260km/h speeding formula and the roar of its engine are absolutely breath taking. There are not much photographers in the world who had such experience. I can share almost the same excitement about Mumbai, the city which one must see in order to believe it.

Following the months-long quest, planning and selecting the location for this shooting, the final choice happened to be Bovec, Slovenia and the river Socha. The link between the amazing natural beauty of the Soche and one ot the best female slalom kayakers, Jana Dukatova as a final result creates a tandem which words fail to describe.
A former pioneer in extreme sports in our region and a great photography-lover, a 35-year-old Belgrader is today one of few chosen ones who record worldwide the craziest sport feats one can conceive. In a country made of contrast and contradiction, normal is more often than not unusual. Or at least, it is not accepted the way it should.
David Coulthard brought hundreds of horsepower on Mamaia Boulevard for the first demonstration of Formula 1 in Romania! Photo shooting with David Coulthard was so hard and in the same time so nice - so hard because of weather conditions and rain and so nice because of David’s professional attitude. Like really big star his cooperation about good pictures was amazing.
Russian extreme sport star Valery Rozov accomplishes an incredible stunt... jumped from a helicopter on into the active Mutnovsky volcano on Russia's Kamchatka Peninsula. Kamchatka, an isolated peninsula in the Russian Far East, located on the Pacific “Ring of Fire”, is a serious wilderness without any roads from the Sibirian region. Fire and ice of volcano at Kamchatka was just a small part of this my incredible photo shooting.

Camera Crash. Victim is Nikon D300. The plan was to take photos of a base jump from the tallest building in the Balkans. Location – Sarajevo, base jumper – Cedric Dumont, photographer – my poor self Predrag Vuckovic. The building is 162m tall, and the site of the jump was planned from the edge below the aerial 142m tall. Never do this kind of photography with only one camera!
Photo shooting windsurfers and water sports in general is always special for me and different than many other sports. Front cover shot and big interview with professional photographer Predrag Vuckovic published in magazine for photographers "REFOTO".
